以理服人的规则

本文初次发布时间为 2021 年 7 月 13 日，现行的 CMV 规则有改动。

• 关于 CMV：Change My View 是知名英语论坛网站 Reddit 下属的一个板块。在这个板块发言的人要了解其他的观点。当自己的论点被推翻的时候，也应当欣然接受。在这个板块发言，需要带着“与他人对话”的心态，不能强辩到底。

第一类规则：发帖规则

发帖规则一：解释自己的观点

阐明你这个观点的理由，不要只说观点。这个阐述至少需要 100 字。

Rule A - Doesn't Explain View

Explain the reasoning behind your view, not just what that view is (500+ characters required).

发帖规则二：不要代表别人、不要为反而反、不要慷慨激昂

你要亲自直面自己提出的观点。不要油盐不进，要表现出对观点变化的宽容。

你只能代表你自己，不可以代表别人的观点。

不要为了反对而勉强辩论。

不要用慷慨激昂的修辞或情感。用小号或者公用账号发文的，需要征得管理员的允许。

Rule B - 3rd Party/Devils Advocate/Soapboxing

You must personally hold the view and demonstrate that you are open to it changing. A post cannot be on behalf of others, playing devil's advocate, as any entity other than yourself, or 'soapboxing'. Posts by throwaway accounts must be approved through modmail.

发帖规则三：标题要清晰得体

你的贴文标题必须总结你的观点，以“CMV”开头。贴文标题不恰当，有下列情形之一的，贴文会被管理员删除：

（一）标题与内容不符的；

（二）标题过度简单的；

（三）标题有剧透作品嫌疑的。

Rule C - Unclear/Improper Title

Submission titles must adequately sum up your view and include "CMV:" at the beginning. Posts with misleading/overly-simplistic titles or titles that contain spoilers may be removed.

发帖规则四：不能没有立场、不能恶意中伤个人、不能自我宣传、不能讨论这个板块

贴文不能没有立场，你的论点至少要可以被辩驳；

贴文不能煽动或暗示针对特定个人的伤害；

贴文不能用来宣传你自己；

贴文讨论不能涉及这个板块本身（想讨论本板块请移步 r/ideasforcmv 板块）。

Rule D - Neutral/Harm a specific person/Promo/Meta

Posts cannot express a neutral stance, suggest harm against a specific person, be self-promotional, or discuss this subreddit (visit r/ideasforcmv instead).

发帖规则五：三小时内就要回帖

发帖之前先想想清楚：你愿不愿意和那些给你留言的人进行对话？

别人的留言发出后三小时内你就要参与互动，否则你原先的贴文会被删除。

Rule E - No/Minimal Replies from OP in 3 hours

Only post if you are willing to have a conversation with those who reply to you, and are available to do so within 3 hours after posting. If you haven't replied during this time, your post will be removed.

第二类规则：留言规范

留言规范一：首层留言要对贴主的论点做辩驳

直接对发帖者的文章留言时，一定要辩驳对方观点的至少一个方面，不管这个方面有多小。但有例外：当发帖者仅仅是在请求一个问题的解释时，不用考虑上述情况。

Rule 1 - Doesn't Challenge OP (top-level only)

Direct responses to a CMV post must challenge at least one aspect of OP’s stated view (however minor), unless they are asking a clarifying question.

留言规范二：不要辱骂或敌视别人

不要对其他互动的人粗鲁或者恶语相向。当你的发言有上述特征时，不论你的论证是否充分，都会被删除。

当有人这样对待你的时候，不要用同样的方式报复回去，而是要立即报告给管理员。

Rule 2 - Rude/Hostile Comment

Don't be rude or hostile to other users. Your comment will be removed even if the rest of it is solid. 'They started it' is not an excuse. You should report it, not respond to it.

留言规范三：不要公开地骂人家是笨蛋

当其他参与互动的人油盐不进或者一直打诳语的时候，最好不要直接留言声讨。你可以试试反诘对方、要求对方讲清楚。

如果你觉得对方真的很差劲，请联系管理员。

Rule 3 - Bad Faith Accusation

Refrain from accusing OP or anyone else of being unwilling to change their view, or of arguing in bad faith. If you are unsure whether someone is genuine, ask clarifying questions (see: socratic method). If you think they are still exhibiting ill behaviour, please message us.

留言规范四：不要滥发奖励、不要用奖励来量化文章

如果你愿意承认自己的观点有改变，请给别人一个小三角儿。

不要因为其他原因给出小三角儿。你给出小三角儿的时候要说明自己改变观点的原因，以便核查。

不要用小三角儿嘲讽、开玩笑。

不要用小三角儿来量化一篇留言。

Rule 4 - Delta Abuse/Misuse or Should Award Delta

Award a delta if you've acknowledged a change in your view. Do not use deltas for any other purpose. You must include an explanation of the change along with the delta so we know it's genuine. Delta abuse includes sarcastic deltas, joke deltas, super-upvote deltas, etc.

留言规范五：不要讲废话、回帖应当对所谈到的议题有贡献

有下列情形之一的回帖会被删除：

（一）只含链接，除此以外一言不发的；

（二）只含开玩笑、抖机灵的内容的；

（三）只是在用文字点赞的。

我们期待有质量的严肃评论，建议还是把抖机灵和认同感可以作为这种好东西的点缀吧。

Rule 5 - Doesn't Contribute Meaningfully

Comments must contribute meaningfully to the conversation. Comments that are only links, jokes, or "written upvotes" will be removed. Humor and affirmations of agreement can be contained within more substantial comments.
